bug when loading select input in the issue collector form in chrome navigator

when i load the form of the issue collector using the exemple of "Advanced use of the Jira issue collector" in chrome the select input don't show all the text of the options like above
when i resize the screen the options are shown correctly , in firefox it work correctly .
any help plz ..
