there are no active incidents on confluence. Is it a free instance? When was the last time you accessed the instance? Free instance with no access for a long time could be automatically deativated by Atlassian.

@Fabio Racobaldo _Catworkx_ Can you poke Support and ask what's going on, because I noticing weard storm of this Questions for the same topic as something happening in Background.

I remembered the last time I access the instance is around a month ago. It is indeed a free instance, and I did experience the deactivated event once. However, Atlassian had recovered my instance at that time. Therefore, I have no clue why the free instance suddenly got deactivated again?
If it is indeed the reason of free instance, what should I do in the next step?
Currently I can't even find out an Atlassian support to help me clearify the case.
