admin password reset

hello from Korea.

we are using confluece(v5.10.8, self-hosted)

at first, tried to login recovery_admin account, but it is not working.

with more searching i found that it is due to the version .

my system version is 5.10.8.

at second, i tried to change password by using SQL.

i referred to a guide 'Restore Passwords To Recover Admin User Rights'

but it is not working, too.

when i query the database, i found that credential starts with {PKCS5S2}

could you give me a any advice to solve the problem ???
