Hello,

I have a server licence and in theory I have up to 10 users but I do not see the option to create users anywhere.

On the side panel, I can click on People, then I can create a team, but I cannot create users.

BR,

Esteban Collado

Hello there, @Esteban Collado Cespon !

I believe that we are speaking about Confluence on the Cloud platform, rather than Server as the tags suggest. Can you confirm this? What leads me to believe this is how you referenced the sidebar and also the teams feature, both from Cloud.

If my assumption is correct, I can tell that we will not find a “Create user” button, but rather a “Invite User” one.

Here is how we can reach it:

  1. Click the “People” page in the sidebar                                                                            peopletab.jpg
  2. At the top right corner of the page, now click “Manage Users” manageusers.jpg
  3. Now, click “Invite Users” inviteusers.jpg

When you reach the “Invite Users” part, we will need to fill out some information for the invitation to be sent. After that, the user can now join the instance.

Here is some detail on the user management for Confluence Cloud, Esteban:

I hope this sheds some light on this matter for you, Esteban. Let us hear from you!
