how do I change a user profile to a different employee

Hi @Donna Strangis,

do you want to change the macro "User Profile"?

If so, you just click on it and depending on your instance you should either

A) see a panel on the left to enter a new user OR

B) see a little pencil, and with clicking on the pencil it should open open the macro editor to enter a new user.

If that's not what you meant can you give a little bit more information?
