activation of colleagues in confluence

How can I unlock people on Confluence?
The persons have already clicked on the link, but are still not findable and therefore unlockable

Hi @Helen Störk 

Do you mean how do your users activate their accounts?

To confirm - are these the steps you took to invite them:

1. As a Site Admin, go to Jira Settings > User Management
2. Select the blue "Invite Users" button on the right-hand side
3. Provide their email address, then choose what role and application access they'll have and send the invites

^ If you have done this, what do the users see when they try to login? They will need to login at least once to be "active" on the site.

If they are unable to access Confluence, check you provided them application access by:

1. Go to Jira Settings > User Management > Users
2. Select a new user who has logged in
3. Ensure the user has both site access and access to the product Confluence - toggle on if not
