i had a Confluence webpage and i am getting the following message that my account has been suspended. Can one of the following happen?
1. can my account be reactivated?
2. can i get access to download my files so i can move them to a new website?

Generally we are not able to share information on other user's and admin contacts, unless some conditions are met, for security and privacy reasons.

In case these conditions are met, we should be able to share it with you, but since this is a public forum, we will continue it on the support ticket: JST-1200656

Please check your email, as you might have received a message mentioning the ticket and its link. :)

About the content itself, only an admin of the site could decide if this is possible to reactivate the site and in case they decide to reactivate it, we can check if this is still recoverable, since it is not guaranteed it can be done.

Hope this helps clarifying the scenario a little better. Feel free to keep us posted in the support ticket if you have any additional questions to follow up on the admin contact there.

Hi @Pitcher_ Paul , it sounds like your entire instance has been deactivated, but maybe just a single page is missing or inaccessible? Are you still able to log into your instance? If so, then, I would contact your administrator to try to determine what might be going on. However, if you are unable to access your instance at all then it is likely that it has been deactivated due to inactivity. If this is the case, you could try to reach out to Atlassian support by selecting the billing option to see if they might be able to assist you.

who do i contact with in my company to find out.  I've been asking around for 2 weeks and nobody knows who i should ask.

can someone from atlassian look up my account to check the status?  i was actively using my account daily. i never received a warning that the site was going to be shut down.  can atlassian reactivate the account for 1 day so i can pull my content off.  i spent a lot of time building content, and i don't want to waste my time rebuilding the content.
