@Cath Blake Here is some helpful information on how inactive accounts and the steps you need to take depending on the account type (Managed or unmanaged) As @Marc -Devoteam- stated you should really reach out to your Organization admin as they will be able to provide the best support, this is usually managed in your central IT team.

Reach out to your jira administrator, or even the administrator of the Atlassian Cloud instance.
You might even need to reach out to your IT department, as they might manage this.
