ZeroTier: Two PCs that have the same Node ID

So, I have two PCs, and older one and a new one.

I installed ZeroTier on the new one, and it's somehow picked up the node address from my old one.

I've uninstalled the software on the old one, but when I re-install, it picks up the same ID again.

(hope i'm in the right place here - simply clicked a help link in ZeroTier.)
