Hello Atlassian Team,

My Atlassian account (Free plan) at:
orkunsevengil@emteknosavunma.com.tr

was deactivated due to inactivity.
I am now unable to access the site and cannot reach old projects would like to ask:
1) Is there any possibility of recovering or restoring the data? maybe a paid access?

The content is related to our projects i was leading, Important R&D and others. Any confirmation would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you very much!

Hello @Orkun Sevengil

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

When was the subscription deactivated?

Which product was the subscription for?

Did you disregard the warning emails that said your subscription would be deactivated if you did not log in and use it?

As a user community, where users help other users, we don't have access to reactivate your subscription. We can offer you advice on how to try to solve your issue.

If the deactivation happened to far in the past your data may have already been deleted. In that case it would not be recoverable.

If it was not that long ago, you may be able to reactivate the inactive subscription yourself following the guidance of this document:

Reactivate a subscription

If you want to consult directly with Atlassian about your subscription and the possibility of reactivating it, contact the Billing, Licensing, Pricing Support team by completing and submitting the form at this site:

Good luck!
