LOL - I get this regularly because my typing skills are horrible.  If you misspell your site URL, you will get this message.  In otherwords - if the xxxxxx.atlasian.net doesn't exsit, that's the message you get.

Click my made up site link below to see what I mean.  Then verify your site URL.  You've probably simply mispelled something

Hi @Eğitim Hesabı ,

Cloud sites may experience some downtime due to the regular maintenance policy (maintenance window) for cloud apps.

Now, if you suspect this might be a bigger issue (system problem), you could also monitor Atlassian Statuspage for any reported outages. 👀

Lastly, you can always reach out to Atlassian Support if the site seems to be unavailable for a longer period of time; e.g., more than 10-30 mins or so.

What you could additionally check is the site and app statuses under https://admin.atlassian.com/ > that's if you're an org admin. When you navigate to Atlassian Administration, check "Apps" or "Billing" to see if everything seems/looks operational or if there are any potential issues/warnings displayed on those pages. ⚠️

General recommendation would be to wait for 30 to 60 mins and if it's still not working, escalate it further to Atlassian (support).

Cheers,
Tobi
