Hi,
I am not able to access Confluence Page and keep getting error "Your Atlassian Cloud site is currently unavailable.". Please help to check the status and make it available.
Hello @Bhuvan
Are you on free version of Confluence? If you were not active for more than 120 days, this site gets deactivated by Atlassian automatically.
@Nikola Perisic Yes it is free version and I have been accessing it regularly except last 2-3 weeks. Not sure why it is not accessible when I tried last few days.

Hi,
Do the support team respond to free version of Confluence related support requests ? I have raised a request 4 days earlier and waiting for a response.
I have been accessing my Confluence pages regularly and definitely not more than 60 days as per the inactive limit set for deactivation. Does the team help to activate and make them available again ?

Hi @Bhuvan
Welcome to Atlassian community!!!
We are unable to get the site linked to our account.
I would suggest you to raise a support request with our billing team here: https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing#/.
They will be able to assist you with the site deactivation details and assist you further with the same.
Best Regards,
Vishalakshi Narayanaswamy
