Hello - When I try to update the license key in our self hosted confulence isntance, I get the error "You must enter a license key." although I am copy/pasting the correct key. Please advise.
Hi Peter,
Playing with the license details page on my test instance, the message "You must enter a license key" comes up when I don't paste anything in the license key field. When I put in an invalid license I get a message, "That's not a valid license key".
Before you save the license key it should be visible in the license key field. If it is not visible after you paste it, then there may be an issue with the clipboard.
Please verify that you are copying the license from https://my.atlassian.com.
Please go to https://my.atlassian.com, generate an evaluation license, and apply that to see if you have the same issue.
I look forward to hearing if you can apply the evaluation license, and whether the license key is visible after you paste it and before you save it.
Thanks,
Ann
@Nic Brough -Adaptavist- Hi Nic My account license was expired, I applied a new evaluation license. But that wasn't done with intention. How to undo the applied license and bring back my confluence account to old setup?
Thanks & Regards,
Sunandha

Is the key appearing in the text box for it, exactly as copied?
There are no leading or trailing spaces or characters and it's completely over-writing the old one (if there was one there)?
