XSRF check fails when uploading csv file to Jira Cloud

We are trying to upload data from our old issue tracking into a new Jira instance. Upload process fails with an XSRF token failure after several minutes.

So far, I have only seen suggestions for on-prem Jira or app/API uploads. I am uploading via the cloud GUI to a cloud instance.

[ Gear icon] -> System

Import and export -> External System Import

Type: CSV

 

Then adding file information as requested. System spends several minutes trying to upload, then fails with the XSRF file
