Word imports into Confluence visible only after an arbitrary amount of time

Has anyone experienced something similar? 

So I am importing our documentation using the Word document import and the results are very inconsistent in that the file will always get uploaded but will only be visible to me after some arbitrary and inconsistent amount of time.

Is this a known bug? it is pretty infuriating as I require fast and consistent access to the data.

From a fast search I didn't find any known bug. I would raise a request to Atlassian's support directly support.atlassian.com/contact/
