With a free account can I access the snipoet for setting up a reverse proxy?

I have a free account, and I cannot find in administration, services, general, the section of http setting. Does it mean I cannot access the reverse proxy with my current account?

You might want to setup your own Server/Data Center instance on your premise or any other public cloud if required. Please provide more details about your requirement.
