Will postgreSQL 15 work with Clonfluence 8.2?

I am looking at updating my on premise Confluence from 7.18.1 to 8.2.2 and in the pre checks it tells me my version of postgreSQL won't be supported. Am I to assume moving to a later version is going to cause my newer version of postgreSQL to stop working or is it just not "officially" supported? Everything is working just fine with the current set up so I can't see reason to think it won't; but I would like to be sure before I go ahead and break everything!

For reference here is exactly what Confluence is telling me in the 'plan your upgrade' section:

We've analyzed your instance, and here's what we found:
Your current database version won't be supported. Learn more
We recommend that you fix these for a successful upgrade.

Hi @Alex DeBarro and welcome,

confluence 8.2 version supports Postgres 12,13 and 14. More information about supported platforms can be retrieved here https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/supported-platforms-207488198.html

Hope this helps,

Fabio

Hey Fabio

we wanted to migrate Database from Oracle 12 to Postgre 15, but in the https://confluence.atlassian.com/conf85/supported-platforms-1283361429.html

for Atlassian Confluence 8.5.19 ,

PostgreSQL 15 not mentioned, Is there any way we achieve this without any compatibility issues.

Thanks in advance
