Will information like accommodations be deleted from student files if I complete a new mass upload?

I need to update multiple student files in TIDE.  I am a new user.  Our Tech Director completed a mass upload at the beginning of the year. If I do another mass upload of all of our students to update them, will information that was hand entered, like accommodations, disappear?

I believe you ended up in the community because the company that is responsible for TIDE is using Confluence for documentation. This community is all about Atlassian products and I don't think anyone here will be able to answer questions about TIDE.
