I want to be notified if someone is accessing my space but is unable to do so because of access issue

Hey @Mohsin Desai,

On top of what Thorsten said, which is the case where the user does have a Confluence license but just not a space permission, there's an option (for Org admins) to configure app access requests > see Approve or deny app access requests 🔐

Basically, it would differentiate if you're looking for:

• Only space access requests
• App (license) AND space access requests

There are also these two related feature requests:

• CONFCLOUD-78577: Option to Deactivate Space Access Request Feature for Admins 
• CONFCLOUD-78789: Option to turn off and/or able to customised message for Space access request

The default process is like this: when users try to access a restricted space, e.g., by clicking on a work item link, they should be presented with a screen like this:

A click on Ask for access should then notify the space administrator(s).
