Hey @Sushmitha,

I'm not sure whether people will be able to provide you with specific tips regarding this topic, as what your page structure should look like depends heavily on your company and the type of content you want to manage in Confluence.

If you're looking for best practices in general, I can recommend taking a look at the YouTube videos by my team at K15t. They focus on single Confluence topics and are usually short, fun, and easy to follow. So, they might give you ideas on how to best handle your situation in Confluence. You can find our videos in our YouTube playlist or on our YouTube channel.

Maybe a great video to start with could be "How to Better Name Your Confluence Pages". If you think about how you'd name your pages that you'll want to have, that might help you come up with a nice structure as well.

Cheers,
Sven

Hi @Sushmitha Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

You can think of creating a master space with required page tree and then use the existing copy page feature to recreate the same in other standalone spaces. Simply create your template as a page tree, and copy the page, including children, whenever you need to use it. See the Confluence documentation for more information. But then, if pages are added/removed in the space, the page tree will automatically update as per that.

Atlassian have detailed documentation about the best practices for confluence, you can refer it here.

If you are open for third party plugins you can explore Atlassian Marketplace as well. Hope this helps.
