Wiki Pages Access Issue

I have submitted an access request through the OMADA portal to gain access to the wiki pages, and the request has been approved. However, I am still unable to log in to those pages.
I’ve attached a screenshot of the OMADA access request along with the relevant links for your reference. Could you please help me resolve this issue?

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

We are a user community, using our own copies of the Atlassian products. We are not the administrators of that site and have no access to it.

If you are sure that you are using the correct credentials you will need to contact the administrators of that site to get additional help. You might try raising another support request through the same portal you used to request access.

@Harish T Based on your screenshot can you confirm that you are using correct credentials to login?  Also does that account have application access?
