Widget Connector not working in 5.2

I'm trying to embed Youtube videos in Confluence 5.2, but it's not working. I have tried the solutions of making sure to use the long URL, making sure t= isn't in the URL, making sure the URL says https, and none of this has worked.

The Widget Connector will show me the correct preview, but then nothing shows up on the actual page.

I'm using Firefox. It works for the 5.7 version just fine, but I can't find any way to embed these Youtube videos.
