Why won't it let me delete my account

I'm working on a school project so I made an account to see if this website could offer me the right online resources to complete my project and it doesn't. So I tried to delete my account and it says this every time. Literally don't even know what it means. I made the account like 5 minutes ago.

You will need to cancel your product subscriptions that were made when you signed up and the account was created https://support.atlassian.com/subscriptions-and-billing/docs/cancel-a-subscription/

There is the possibility that your account is tied to the school if you used your school email when signing up but I doubt that is the case.  If it is you would not be able to delete it since it would be a managed account.
