Why we use interactive pdf, sometimes the PDFs never ends the loading?

When i click on the item where has PDFs interactive, it seems like infinite load and generate infinite requests..

Just wsnt to make sure I understand the issue.  If you add a pdf to a page and view it is it working as expected?  When you add an interactive pdf to a page and view it then it fails to load.  Is that correct?
