Why the team members could not see the space in Space Directory on Confluence?

Hello,

We have created a template space (not macro) on Confluence and have copied that template through an add-on named "Space TreeCreator".

But the team members could not see that copied space in Space Directory.

The re-index was made manually.

Why the team members could not see that space in Space Directory? 

Could you help us asap, please?

Could be that the group that the members belong to doesn't have the VIEW space permission Or individual members aren't added to the space and given VIEW permissions.
