Why is the "my saved pages" missing from my sidebar?

When I star a page to save for later, I'm unable to retrieve it later. When clicking on the sidebar where "My Saved Pages" should be, instead I see the following:
Is there a reason why I am unable to access my saved pages or is this a gated feature for admins?
