Hi - my team member's name is Jenny. Her email address shows Jenny. Yet, Confluence has suddenly changed her name to Jennifer (while still reflecting the correct email address with Jenny). She also suddenly can't tag people in her responses. Any insight what is going on her?
For Atlassian account display name changes, there are usually two ways that changes:
1) The account is syncing from a source (e.g. Microsoft Azure, etc) and the name is being pulled from there
2) The user themselves can change their display name in their profile under their account settings: https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile
As for why she can't tag people, can she no longer tag anyone or just specific accounts? This might be license-related, and if there's someone who manages the licenses for your site, it may be best to get in touch with them.
@samantha_bernis I'm going to presume she has created a second user account in your system. Do you have site or org admin privileges?

I am the admin and she only has 1 access. Nothing has changed with anything, her name just seems to have auto updated, and to a name she doesn't even use. It also updated her last name and lowercased a letter that should be uppercase. So add. I tried deleting and readding her and Jennifer is still appearing.
