I have downloaded the Confluence Companion app from our IT dept. link, the site link and show it as being successfully loaded but when I click the edit button on my Excel document I get a popup window telling me to download the app. I've looked at the previous posts on this topic and each says the issue has been resolved but it is not for me. How do I get this to run?
