I originally posted to the community for help with an issue with the page properties report. We use this to pull from multiple pages for project tracking to show up on our main page. We have appropriate tags and the formatting is correct. When first set up all tagged pages would show up and a month ago without known cause they stopped showing up. I have searched the page histories to check for any changes that would have affected the report and could find nothing. I found this bug, CONFSERVER-34141, which seems to be describing the issues I'm having. It says it was fixed in version 6.0.2, but we are running 6.12.2 and we are still having issues. The only suggestion available in the bug report was to speak with support, but we are currently just starting with this product and only have a starter license so any assistance would be great.
Hi Melissa!
Thank you for letting us know about this. I just read through your other question, and I went ahead and raised a support ticket for you.
Just check your email and you should see your ticket number. Someone will get back to you as soon as possible so we can determine the cause for this.
When the issue is resolved, could you please update your original question?
Thank you!
Regards,
Shannon
Thanks for the answer. Yesterday I have tried exactly the two options the support suggested to you, deleting the plugin and index directories and setting the privileges for the home Directory, but nothing had changed.
I think I have run in this issue
as my users have more than 500 pages and my confluence Version before the update was 5.6.5. So I will have to wait for a fix or go back to the old version. I will have to check if my users can live with a workaround limiting the number of pages for one report.

I have just updated my confluence instance from 5.x to 6.15.6 and now I have the same issue that not all pages with my specific labels are shown
Could you specify your answer as we cannot see your specific support answer.
Do you really mean the read/write access for the confluence home and data directories of my confluence server (windows or linux) ?

Beate,
Here is what support sent us:
Based on the information you have provided and the screenshots sent, we would like to ask your if it's possible for you to clear your plugin's cache and rebuild your index from scratch? Please note that this will require you to restart your Confluence application to perform this action.
This is what fixed the issue.
Applying option #2.
Exact location in Windows server 2012 is C:\Program Files\Atlassian\Application Data

Just some added notes:
Our system is the most basic 10 user system, in house, on our own Microsoft Windows 2012 R2 server. We also are on Confluence version 6.12.2 not 6.15.
Our issues were not caused by an update, but sounds like yours might be. I am not sure if our solution will work for you.
Additionally we did try some of the other steps which actually did not work for us.

The issue has been resolved. It required opening read/write access on the server that the program is stored on to other users. Once that was granted all page properties tables showed up in the report.
