Why don't custom emojis display on the customer portal?

Hello,

We have connected a Confluence space with a Jira project.

I realized that our unlicensed Customers cannot view the custom emojis that display fine for licensed users both in Confluence and the Jira customer portal. Why is that? Is there a way to solve this issue?

Yes, this feature is being in the development for these users.
