Why do some of my attempts to attach MP4 files not work?

I have four Confluence pages. I have successfully attached MP4 files to two of them. On the other two, however, I get a "Generating Preview" message where the attached files should be.

Hi @Richard Moens , so uploading the .mp4 file via multimedia macro worked fine?  Let us know because if some one refers this in the future they will have some clarity on the solution.

Are you uploading it via multimedia macro and its not rendering is it? Can you share the screenshot for better understanding?
