Why do my markdown tables not have lines?

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I am trying to create a markdown table (Not a confluence markup table).
When using the following, It seems to create a table but there are no lines.
Is there a way I can format this so the lines show up?
Be aware I am just a user, I have no control over the actual servers or configurations. That also means I heave no idea what version of software is running on the server either nor can I look it up.
