I raised a ticket a while ago asking this question, and it was open for months, and I think I just gave up in the end. However, now that i'm working from home and prefer to work from my personal desktop, i would be able to log into Confluence with ease.
I have it working on Chrome on my work laptop. If i try logging in through Microsoft edge, or internet explorer or firefox it fails and says 'restricted space'.
If i try accessing it the space on my Mac desktop then i get the same message across all browsers.
I noticed though in Chrome on my home computer, im logged in Chrome with the same account as i am on my work desktop-chrome app.
So what's restricting me across devices, platforms, operating systems, broswers???
You should try logging in with a private/incognito browser and see if that works. There is a chance that your browser might have keep an old atlassian id, which has no product access to Confluence.
