Why can't I manage administrator information with my administrator account?

In my personnel management interface, there is no longer an option to edit personnel information.

As a Confluence product admin, you can manage product-specific settings (like spaces and permissions), but user management (e.g., editing personnel info like names, emails, or roles) is handled at the organization level, not the product level. If your role is only product admin (not org admin), you won't see edit options in the personnel interface (likely the user directory at admin.atlassian.com). 

Here's how you can quick check your permission:

1) Log in to admin.atlassian.com > Select your organization > Directory > Users > See if you can edit a user's details. If not, your role is limited.

2) To gain access: Ask an org admin to grant you "Org Admin" or "User Access Admin" permissions (admin.atlassian.com > Directory > Admins > Add you with the role). Org admins manage user profiles, groups, and access across products.

3) If you're org admin and still can't edit, it's likely a glitch—contact support: support.atlassian.com/contact > User management > Describe the missing options with screenshots.
