Why am I getting the message "We couldn't load the file" when I try to upload a PDF to a page?

Hello,

I successfully uploaded 15 PDFs to my Confluence page, but 4 uploads failed. I tried compressing them, changing file names, etc., but they continue to fail. It's unclear to me why they are failing, as they are all from the same batch of PDFs as the other 15 that successfully uploaded.

How do I fix this issue so I am able to smoothly and successfully upload these PDFs to my page?

Have you tried a different browser?  What size are the four files that are not uploading?
