Why I can't see "Inspect permissions" when upgraded to Confluence v. 7.3.3?

Hello guys,

I would like to ask you why we can't see the menu "Inspect permissions" in the Space Tools --> Permissions ?

Is there some pre-requisites which we should complete in order to be able to view it?
