Previously we used to keep track of teammates leave in a confluence calendar page. there we used to add event by own. But after migration of confluence to Atlassian confluence , we are unable to add event of our own. Also the migration was not successful. as we can't see any of our previous records here.

According to this https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/MIG-124, migration for the calendar is in progress and not yet implemented. For manual "migration" you can use there:
Now, concerning the events you might not have the editing permission (https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/restrict-a-calendar/). But if you do, you can add events https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/add-events/
