I have been following the instructions given by PagerDuty on how to Subscribe to their On Call Schedules in Confluence. I have had no issues on multiple schedules, but a few are giving the following error:
Specified calendar does not seem like iCalendar.
@Ramin welcome to the Atlassian community
PagerDuty's documentation states:
Atlassian expects the name of your schedule in PagerDuty to be 28 characters or fewer. If the name of your PagerDuty schedule has 29 or more characters, then you will see the following error in Confluence: Specified calendar does not seem like iCalendar. Note that this refers to the schedule's name and not the iCal URL.
The same error message will appear if one or more of your users in PagerDuty has a name that is 29 or more characters long.
Where do we go about creating a but report about this in Atlassian ?
First off, the behaviour when adding the the calendar has no feedback on what is going on or what could be incorrect. If the schedule name is too long for Atlassian, it should at least report so.
Then, names can definitely be longer than 28 characters, and as such they need to fix this...

I did try to do so but I never made it to a point where I Can actually leave a bug report. I would be able to if we weren't using the datacenter edition...
