Hi,
I have been using the confluence/jira free plan to take some notes and log ideas.
At some point an additional space on the same account in my name was auto-created (introduced with some update, thats what I assumed). As I have not been using this additional space, but using my previously created space with a different name. I got messages that the auto created site will be deleted eventually, as there is no activity, which was fine for me. Now I realized that my main site got deleted as well, although there was regular activity from me. I am probably overlooking something. Appreciate your help! Any chance I can retrieve the data? (Jira is not affected for some reason)
Thanks!
Hello @Joachim Krenciszek
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
There are two stages that Atlassian goes through with inactive subscriptions. First, they deactivate the subscription. After a grace period they then permanently delete the data. The grace periods can be as short as 15 days or as long as 60, depending on the types of subscriptions you have on the site. If it has been less than 15 days since you received the email that your subscription was deactivated then there is a chance that it can be reactivated and the data recovered. Follow the guidance on this page:
https://support.atlassian.com/subscriptions-and-billing/docs/reactivate-a-subscription/
Other than that I recommend that you reach out to the Atlassian Licensing support team by completing the form at this location:
