The company I work for is looking for an online forum/ Q&A option for our customers to utilize when they encounter questions/issues with our service. It seems like Questions for Confluence would fit the bill. The only question I have is, who can use Questions for Confluence? Would a generic customer be able to utilize it to ask a question, even if they do not have a license?
Thanks,
Allison
Hi @Allison Beaudry ,
Questions access is governed by Confluence space permissions. If someone has access to a space, they'll be able to view, ask, and interact with questions in that space.
