Please add the ability to group elements!!!
Preferably by using the common shortcut (on a mac, at least) cmd+g.
This is a common capability that I truly miss when working in whiteboard tools. Not having it has slowed down my workflow significantly. Previously I've used Miro, Mural, and FigJam which all have this.
Thanks!

Grouping objects (including Cmd+G on macOS) is not available in Confluence Whiteboards yet, but it’s a known request and listed on the product team’s “what’s coming” roadmap. Until native grouping ships, use Sections to move related items together as a single unit on the canvas
Suggestion
Prioritize native object grouping with a reversible shortcut consistent with Confluence’s shortcuts model (e.g., Cmd/Ctrl + G to group, Shift + Cmd/Ctrl + G to ungroup) and expose it in the context menu and the in‑product Keyboard Shortcuts panel for quick discoverability. Treat groups as first‑class objects (move, resize, lock, and duplicate the group) to match user expectations and reduce facilitation friction in enterprise workshops
Workaround
Use Sections as containers: drag items into a Section and move the Section to reposition everything together, which covers most “move as one” needs today. If your board includes Jira cards, Smart Sections let you run bulk Jira actions from a Section, further reducing manual effort when reorganizing or triaging related item
