White board content only appears at 1% magnification

Every few hours, the content on the Confluence whiteboard disappears except when the board is at 1% magnification. The only way to get it back is to revert to an older version and save it.  When it's at 1%, it's tiny - as you'd imagine.

Any ideas?

That's very unusual, so a few triaging questions:

• Is this happening on all Whiteboards or only a specific one?
• Does this happen to all users and/or browsers, or only specific ones?
• When did we first notice this issue?

The list of requirements for Confluence Whiteboards can be found on Browser support and settings for whiteboards, so make sure to review those and also run the Compatibility Check tool.

It would be ideal if you could open a Support ticket so our Team can investigate what's going on.
