Hi,
I am working on an integration b/w Confluence and internal tool where I have a provision to upload attachments in the tool.
The use case is to add those attachments in a set confluence page as soon as they are uploaded in the tool by a user but at the same time keeping the creator name of the attachment intact. It should be set to the user name who has uploaded the files in the tool.
My current understanding is the creator field in confluence is non-editable and no such API is available. Please advise if there is a provision to customize created by/creator field value. Thanks!
Hello Prince,
Thanks for your comments.
Are there any suggestions/alternatives that you might be aware of to achieve this use case?
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
None that I know of. I think if the API doesn't exist then you can't basically do it.
