FYI .. confluence now supports the following shortcuts to clear formatting:

Hi Olle,

There isn't one, as far as I know. If a keyboard shortcut exists, it will be shown in the tooltip when you hover over a button/option.

coming from editing in Google docs, it sounds weird not to have such a basic feature. In Google Docs, we use Cmd+\ for the same.

At least, we can do "clear formatting" with the menu option.

so cumbersome to document without such keyboard shortcuts. Coming from Google Drive, there are many such cons with Confluence :(
