Where is "Attachments" in the menu?

Since the 'Attachments' option that allowed me to view, download, and zip attachments on a page is no longer available in the menu, how do I do this now?

Hi @Scott Vallery 

In the new layout, Attachments menu is moved to the floating "Details" bar at the bottom right corner of the page. You can click on "Show me" in that main menu navigation, and you should be able to see the Details with Attachments:

Nobody is asking for these new features. Atlassian keeps changing things because some manager thinks it’s a good idea, but in the end nobody likes the changes.
