I really like the Confluence and the new Editing Experience. However I get asked by my boss, how he can export this in order to send it to our customer.
Unfortunately we did not find a appropriate solution. So our company considers moving away from confluence.
Is there any way, to get usable exports of confluence pages either to PDF or Word?
What happens when you use the standard export - select options icon (3-dots in top-right) and choose to export to PDF or Word?
If this isn't sufficient - a few options would be:
Share Pages: Confluence pages look great - on Confluence. Suggest allowing a client to view the page on your Confluence instance as a user and use space / page permissions to restrict what they can see.
External Share for Confluence: This app allows you to share an external link to one Confluence page with anyone (including non-users), where they can view the contents of the page. There's a free version also if you want to try it out.
