Dear Peter,
we will support the iOS app as soon as Atlassian allows us to do so.
Currently the iOS app detects that SVG Out is a dynamic content macro and then displays some misleading messages indicating that the plugin is not responding. This is wrong as the iOS app is never contacting the plugin server.
This behavior affects all similar plugins in the same way according to my experiences (draw.io, Gliffy, PlantUML, ImageMap etc.).
Kind regards, Andreas
I contacted Atlassian support regarding the insufficient documention for the iOS app - both for users and developers. This is what they answered:
Hi Andreas.
Thank you for contacting Atlassian Cloud Support!
With regards to the Confluence iOS app, due to it still at a very early stage of it's development, there is a lot of information that is currently not available for us related to it. However, I have created 2 feature requests tickets, forwarding your requests for further information on this matter, as well as your suggestion for improvement. They should be answered by the appropriate team responsible for this.
Here are the tickets;
Please do let me know if you would like these tickets to be edited or further information to be added. Also please do vote on these tickets and leave a comment behind if there is anything else you would like to highlight. Your feedback is highly appreciated.
