When we try to share page external not working they do not have access

Hello @Davide Palo ! As I understand, you need to share Confluence pages with users who are external (not part of your organization) and it fails because they do not have access.

If you need to share content from within Confluence with users who have no access to your instance, you need to enable Public Access for that content.

Public access works by opening specific content to people who do not have Atlassian accounts with access to your instance.

What you need to take into consideration is that by enabling Public Access, all pages to which you made this change will be publicly available. No authentication will be required to access them.

However, if you are trying to share content with authenticated users and they are unable to access such content, you might need to look into the Space permissions and page restrictions for the content which you need to share.
