When searching, is it possible to have default logic for a multi-word search be an AND operative?

If I enter two or more words in the Search box, it would be preferred to have the default logical operand be AND, instead of OR.   Our issue is finding the specific piece of information of interest (less results not more results!) and adding more words to narrow the search is preferable.   If someone entered "Blue Buick" we would want it to be the same as "Blue AND Buick", not "Blue OR Buick"
