When rebooting the system, Confluence does not start, we have to do it manually.

Richard,

 

What sort of server is this on? With Linux, you'd need to make sure you have Confluence installed as a service. Typically, we install by unpacking the tar file and manually adding it to the startup tasks using chkconfig.
